Activated Cinnamon & Chocolate Popcorn Balls



  • 3 Cups Cinnamon Twist Superfood Popcorn
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 Cup Mulberries
  • 3 Dates, pitted & chopped
  • 3 T Cacao Nibs
  • 2 T Coconut Oil
  • A few pinches of sea salt


Preparation Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate over a double boiler, mix until smooth and fully melted.
  2. Take off heat and mix in the coconut oil, then add mulberries, dates and cacao nibs.
  3. Last, add the popcorn and coat with the chocolate.
  4. Sprinkle sea salt on top and chill for at least 30 minutes or until chocolate has hardened.
  5. Break into pieces and serve!
