Apple Cranberry Cobbler



  • 1 Cup Sprouted Almonds
  • 3 Apples, sliced
  • 12oz Cranberries
  • 4-5 Medjool Dates
  • 4-5 T Coconut Sugar
  • 1/2tsp Vanilla Extract
  • A pinch of sea salt


Preparation Instructions

  1. Slice apples thin, add apples and cranberries to a baking dish or pie dish.
  2. Heat oven to 350°F.
  3. Mix almonds, dates, salt and vanilla in a food processor until broken down.
  4. Sprinkle the filling with coconut sugar and add topping.
  5. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
