Brussel Sprout Spread

Recipe

• Sprouted Smokey Barbeque Seeds
• 2 Cups Brussel Sprout Roasted with Olive Oil
• 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
• 2 T Lemon Juice
• 1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
• 1/2 Cup Seed Mix
• 1/4 Cup Water

Preparation Instructions

1. Half brussel sprouts and bake at 375F for 25 minutes.
2. Add all ingredients to a food processor and mix, add additional water if necessary to blend.
