Carrot Ginger Soup



  • Activated Smokey Barbecue Seeds – 2 T each bowl of soup.
  • 3-4 Carrots, chopped.
  • 1 Can Coconut Milk.
  • 1 Ginger, chopped.
  • 2 T Olive Oil.
  • 1/4 Tsp. Sea Salt.
  • Parsley for garnish.


Preparation Instructions

  1. Cook coconut milk with carrots, ginger and sea salt, about 15 minutes over medium heat reducing to low when it begins to simmer.
  2. Let cool 5 minutes before blending, pour into blender, add olive oil and puree until smooth.
  3. Pour into bowls to serve hot, garnish with seeds and parsley.
