Trail Mix Cookies



  • 1/2 Cup Trail Mix Wild Berry
  • 2 Cups Quick Oats
  • 1 Cup Coconut Butter
  • 3 T Honey
  • 3 T Coconut Sugar
  • A few pinches of sea salt
  • 1 T Lucuma
  • 1/2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract


Preparation Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor until broken down and sticking together like cookie dough.
  2. Add a bit of water if necessary to blend.
  3. Roll into 1″ balls and refrigerate.
  4. Melt down chocolate and dip with the cookies!
