Wild Berry Cheesecake



Radiant Raspberry Crust

Wild Berry Cream

  • 1 1/2 Cups Cashews
  • 1 Can Coconut Milk
  • 3 T Cacao Butter, melted
  • 2 T Maqui Berry Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 1/2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • A few pinches of sea salt

Yin Power Chocolate Drizzle

  • 1/2 Cup Cacao Paste
  • 2 T Cacao Butter
  • 2 T Yin Power
  • 3 T Coconut Sugar


Preparation Instructions

Melt Cacao Butter Over A Double Boiler.

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, except the maqui berry powder.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour half of the mix over the crust, and then mix the maqui berry into the other half.
  4. Pour the maqui cream over the other cream and swirl with a knife or chopstick.
  5. Melt cacao butter over a double boiler.
  6. Freeze for at least three hours or overnight.

Yin Power Chocolate Drizzle

  1. Pulse all ingredients in blender.
  2. Drizzle over cold cake for hardened chocolate topping!
