Radiant Raspberry Crust
Wild Berry Cream
- 1 1/2 Cups Cashews
- 1 Can Coconut Milk
- 3 T Cacao Butter, melted
- 2 T Maqui Berry Powder
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 1/2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
- A few pinches of sea salt
Yin Power Chocolate Drizzle
- 1/2 Cup Cacao Paste
- 2 T Cacao Butter
- 2 T Yin Power
- 3 T Coconut Sugar
Preparation Instructions
Melt Cacao Butter Over A Double Boiler.
- Add all ingredients to a blender, except the maqui berry powder.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour half of the mix over the crust, and then mix the maqui berry into the other half.
- Pour the maqui cream over the other cream and swirl with a knife or chopstick.
- Melt cacao butter over a double boiler.
- Freeze for at least three hours or overnight.
Yin Power Chocolate Drizzle
- Pulse all ingredients in blender.
- Drizzle over cold cake for hardened chocolate topping!
